Pumpkin Spice Collagen Cold Foam Coffee

Pumpkin Spice Collagen Cold Foam Coffee

While we LOVE our caffeine in all different sizes and styles, we don't love the added sugar and calories the popular seasonal coffee drinks have. Skip the line and be your own barista with this delicious recipe that takes less time than driving to your nearest coffee shop, plus the added benefit of collagen! You can easily enjoy this on any cold coffee or espresso drink, and customizing it to your preferences is easy as you can substitute the seasoning or omit it completely.

INGREDIENTS
12oz cold coffee
2 scoops (22g) Natural Force Marine Collagen Peptides
1.5 oz oat milk (or substitute with any milk that is NOT fat-free)
1 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning

DIRECTIONS
In a glass, add the collagen peptides to any cold coffee drink and stir to combine.
Pour your milk substitute of choice into a separate glass, and add the seasoning.
Using a handheld frother, froth the milk and seasoning until it is well combined and has thickened into a foamy consistency, about 1-2 minutes.
*Note: if you do not have a milk frother, you can also use a hand mixer or blender to create the same consistency. Mixing times may vary.
One thickened, pour over the coffee and collagen mixture, and enjoy!
